Poor size best in collars
I just don't get it. I measured my dog's neck at 17.5 inches and ordered a larger one, but it was huge with tons of leather cotton. So. I thought it was such a beautifully made collar that I would just give it to someone who could use it. Then I ordered Wednesday. It chokes on the first hole. I don't even know what would fit at this point!
