Excellent--my only (barely) negative comment is that the snap on the strap that secures the roll when closed is placed too far forward, resulting in a loose roll that will let the utensils come out. That problem I fixed, by sewing on a tough-hold velcro square at the point where the snap should have been placed. Viola!
- Great for searing steaks, chicken, and fish
- Not recommended for cooking over an open fire or campfire
