Terrible picture quality

So you can't say that this "Nano IPS" screen sucks. I spent 3 hours trying all possible settings including HDR. I'm using a 16" Apple MBP and the colors are terrible in comparison. It's even hard to look at, it seems to sting your eyes. What they did wrong is interesting. I can't evolve on that, ever. I thought, a better aspect ratio would help with encoding and in theory it would work but it looks like a cheap TFT screen it actually looks more like a TN panel I just can't get over how bad it looks and have tried to lower the resolution and scaling options and all macOS settings and all monitor menu settings. error. now I know why Revain is offering them at such a discount. super thick. too bad, I really wanted to like it

Pros
  • light sensor
Cons
  • Bad refresh rate.
