Review on OtterBox Symmetry Clear Series Case For IPhone 11 Pro Max - Clear by Sonny Flores

So disappointed. I rarely leave reviews but this time I had to. Unfortunately I will be returning the case as for some reason the position of the button on the case keeps the volume down whether I'm talking or listening to music. It's really annoying when I'm on the phone and have to keep turning up the volume trying to keep the conversation going. At first I thought this was a feature of the phone but I decided to put another case on it and the problem went away. I put the Symmetry case back on my phone to see if it made a mistake the first time and it had the same issue. but if the phone doesn't work properly, what's the point?
