I bought these bags because the description says they are HEPA. Due to the pandemic, it is one of our business rules to use HEPA bags in our vacuum cleaner. That's all I could find. There is nothing written on the bags to indicate it is HEPA, nothing on the bag or cardboard attachment point that says anything other than "Pull". So I don't know if they are better than the standard bag.
