I used to use Cascade but I had to hold my breath opening the container and there was a strange smell in the kitchen when the dishwasher was running. I used to use Method around the house (toilet cleaner gel is fantastic) so I ordered a pack of dishwasher capsules and am very happy with them. Absolutely odorless, crockery and glasses shine. (I also add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to each batch because we have such hard water.) There is NO build-up or residue on my glasses and NO ODD ODOR!
