Only used a couple of times and then found the aluminum top rim of the pan had oxidized which allowed aluminum dust to get into the food during cooking especially when the food was poured out of the mould. Pan. Aluminum dust rubs off even on a towel. Oxidation is also on the handle where it attaches to the pan. The aluminum screw in the lid also oxidizes and releases aluminum dust into the food. Aluminum is a known health risk as it is known to cause Alzheimer's disease. Why would anyone make a pan that oxidizes aluminum into food? Hasn't it been tested to US sanitation standards?
