Review on Faucet R3510 WL Single Handle Bathroom by Jack Ford

I love Delta faucets. Unfortunately I didn't use them in my bathroom 2 years ago when I was renovating my house. I decided to take on the project so I removed part of the bathroom wall and bought 2 Delta rough valves and 2 Delta wall mounted faucets. I finally tried to fit them yesterday and the cartridges were not included with my train valves although they are clearly visible in the photo. So now I'm trying to get product support and the waiting time is 1 hour. I read several reviews and heard that the wrong cartridge was sent or not at all. I have never bought a coarse valve and faucet without a cartridge. This is quite disappointing, I was hoping to finish it before Christmas and now I'm not even getting support. Now all I have to do is buy it as I already have the deck installed. But I will never buy Delta equipment again until they call me and fix it.
