Compact, light, efficient
As someone who lives in an apartment I was looking for a light and compact stand mixer that would get the job done at a good price. This blender meets all of these requirements. I've tried making egg white meringues, mixing pasta dough with a dough hook, and making cake batter; There were no problems with any of the attachments. You won't be able to use this for industrial sized cooking, but for a baker in a small apartment it's perfect.
