No customer service. You end up wasting a month emailing with no advice. Only links to existing FAQs. You might think you're smart enough not to need their support, but there may come a day when you need to TALK to someone in that place. And you just can't. A phone call would fix the delivery problem in 10 minutes. You will find that ports 9-12 are completely broken and will not work right away and there is no way to fix them. The other ports work as advertised, so what you really get is a router with 8 ports (2 of which are used by the WAN). Please plan for this as the docs DO NOT cover this and email support can take months to get your point across. Another big problem is that not all POUs are the same. Older devices used the 24V POE that this device uses. Modern access points and cameras use a voltage of 48 V, which this device does NOT support, even with any other power supply. So if you're adding new access points or cameras you'll have to drop the POE for that thing and plug it into another switch that supports 48V, which is what most currently do. Just pray you don't need manufacturer support for something big or small.
