Even with the video the instructions are terrible. I want companies to write instructions based on the fact that someone is trying to assemble a box but has no idea about the product. The video shows ALL the steps. SOGOBOX, are you listening? First, the photo instructions that came with the boxes are too easy to see and don't really help with assembly. Next there should be a photo of all the parts with each part marked (back, bottom, side, etc.). Next, tell or show me which end fits into the black box from the top and bottom and which end is for the front. The top and bottom are not the same at each end. One goes backwards and the other forwards. Next, when it comes time to attach the door, you should be prompted to position the front opening panel so that the magnets on the door and the magnets on the box align. When I first put the door on, I just put it on and it didn't seem securely closed. Then I started to search why this is happening. That's when I saw the magnets on part of the front of the box. You can't tell where the top or bottom of the box is without looking at it. Then attach the door so that the magnets line up and touch each other when the door is closed. Finally, there is a set of 10 plastic items that are not shown in the instructions or video. After re-reading the Revain page for this article, I read that there are plastic bolts to hold the boxes together. BUT, nothing tells me how to do it. The boxes seem strong enough. After gathering the other boxes in my order, figuring out how to fasten them with plastic buttons, and using them for a while, I can continue this review. But right now the assembly and lack of instructions is frustrating and time consuming!
