The envelope is all crumpled
The card is beautiful but it came in a very large flat but soft envelope. The envelope was badly crumpled from shipping. Now the card for a gift does not look very beautiful. There are much better ways to ship this without damaging it in transit. First, don't put it in a large envelope. I would immediately go to the Hallmark Store and buy a card there.
