This is a good pen but it comes with a small 2 page quick start guide that shows you "almost" how to insert the battery and that's it. Just pictures, no words. Dell, you're really going downhill. I expected more. The pen works great in MS Paint. We'll see how long the battery lasts, there's no off switch or any indicator and as it takes a AAAA battery that would be important to know. But there is no help from Dell. I would probably rate it higher if it had a decent instruction manual, but for what it has I think 3 stars is too generous.
