Working but not great
The wind wasn't as strong as we would like, but calm, light, comfortable to wear. A set of AA alkaline batteries lasted a day at the amusement park (about 8-12 hours). Some relief from heat and humidity. Used by grandfather and two grandchildren who also appreciated it. Maybe next time I'll test out a few different models before deciding which one to keep.
