Exactly what I was looking for! Stability from side to side but still able to flex and place the foot. I've had chronic ankle problems my whole life. I have every type of ankle brace on the market. This one is different. I love trail running but my ankles are not stable enough, I twist my ankles easily. With this brace I can walk without worrying about twisting my ankles. I use them for running, hiking, HIIT, CrossFit. I build confidence and strength in my ankles by supporting them. The only downside is that braces must be worn with a boot. Not useful for gymnasts. But everything else is amazing! Finally a brace that allows me to move while preventing my ankle from twisting or twisting.
