Review on 💡 TECHMAX 9005 LED Bulbs - Windless Direct Insertion 10000 Lumens 50 Watts 6500 Kelvin - Xenon White HB3 (Pack of 2) - Halogen Replacement by Brian Healy

These bulbs were a huge improvement over my 2018 Chevy Cruze's low level halogens which were in the bodies of my 2018 Chevy Cruze when I bought the car. Installation was a bit tricky due to the dust caps for the projector headlights, but installing the bulbs was easy enough as these are 9005s. When I first tried them, the light beam was cut off the wall sharply just like halogens. At night it was obvious that I had to point the light downwards! I redirected the light and it got a lot better. They looked amazing and bright! However, there seemed to be some odd dark spots that didn't affect actual performance too much, but that was due to the lamp's design. They weren't the perfect 360 degree output as advertised. This may have been due to the design of the standard headlights on the Cruze LT hatchback, but unfortunately they had to be returned due to the uneven light pattern on the ground. Also, at first glance they looked like they were made of aluminum, but it really didn't look like it. I've seen very similar designs from other companies so I doubt the quality of the lamp. I bought auxito bulbs to replace and they appeared to be aluminum. I think they are great for other cars but not for my car.
