Got this punching bag for my 3 boys to practice their taekwondo on. We opted to fill it with sand instead of water. It is very sturdy and remains standing no matter how rough they get with it. The material also feels very durable and is not easily damaged. I would recommend this over any giant, heavy hanging punching bag. This one is easily movable and can be stored if needed.The one that arrived would not stay inflated so I messaged the seller via Facebook. They replaced the item without argument and at no cost to me. It arrived 2 days later and in perfect condition. The boys are enjoying their new punching bag now!
