The most useful thing about this tool for me was that I could use it to make reports without having any knowledge of SQL or programming languages! It's also very simple so anyone can understand how things work here.

Sometimes there are errors when making certain queries but nothing too serious as far as my experience goes (I've been using Pannelligence since last year). This software has helped us analyze data from different sources such as sales leads/customers etc., which helps our team members get more insights into their daily jobs.
