This drone was well packaged. Everything was well spaced out so I could see all the pieces and knew where to start. I have next to no experience with drones. I've only bought them for toddlers so far. I've always hated buying them in the past because of all the very small parts and the hassle of putting them together. This drone was well organized and easy to follow instructions. I assembled it and it's ready to fly in minutes. I had never flown a drone, but I could master it. I certainly had a few initial crashes and the drone has held up great. My 9 year old flies the drone effortlessly. He uses both a newer iPhone (my phone) and an older Android (his phone) alternately when using the flight app and has no issues. He had a lot of fun. We really liked this product!
