I ordered this creatine for my husband. But I use it too, my husband is really bumming all the time. So I ordered a big jar. I use it periodically, drink for 2 months, rest for 2. There is a bit of a synthetic taste at first, but quickly disappears. It is drunk without problems, it almost does not dissolve in liquid. My husband says that this is how it should be.
