After seeing the many rave reviews of the KZ headphones and the KZ ZSN PRO IEM headphones in particular, I decided to pull the trigger and a pair to order. They arrived quickly in fairly minimalist but nice/sturdy packaging. In addition to the earphones and cable, the kit includes ear tips in 3 different sizes/profiles. The first impression of the workmanship was really high quality, the headphones (made of plastic/resin with aluminum/metal base plate) feel very solid and look very good for the price. The included braided cable is surprisingly high quality, the connections feel solid, and it sits very comfortably/snugly behind the ears. The cable has a 3.5mm right angle connector and it looks like it should last a long time. The sound quality was surprisingly good for the price and only got better the more I listened to it. To my ears, their response is fairly balanced/smooth, which I prefer. Low frequencies are present without distortion or buzz, while the mids have real presence (which is completely absent from the cheapest headphones). As with the basses/middles, the highs are also presented, balanced and pleasing. I had to keep reminding myself of the price. They sound great, not as good as some of the more expensive headphones I've tried, but they're good enough for daily driving/gym etc. With all the positives mentioned, I have to mention a few things that I don't like or don't like could see as a problem for someone else. Unfortunately, none of the included tips (that I've tried so far) have worked perfectly for me. The smallest are too small for my ears and the medium/medium+/large are too big. This causes some fatigue when wearing it (only in my left ear though, so there might be a slight variation in sizing) but isn't a huge issue as I plan on swapping out the earbuds with some of the others I have. Also, the IEM body is quite large and needs to sit in your ear, meaning those with small ears may find the fit doesn't work as well as they'd like. Finally, since they use a 2-pin connector, they are not compatible with cables/devices that use the MMCX connector - again, this is a minor point that shouldn't put anyone off buying them. This gives them excellent processing quality. and great sound quality for the money and you won't be disappointed.
