The best thing about this tool is that it has multiple features to suit all types of users from any kind or position within your organisation! It's also very easy-to use as well which makes life so much easier when you're managing many people across several teams/departments etc.- no more emailing back & forth asking what someone meant (it helps if they have saved themselves into shared folders). There isn't anything I dislike at present but there may be some things we could improve upon such us adding tabs instead having them scroll down pages - maybe? We've had great success using TeamViewer / Skype meetings through our Slack channel without needing emails going around between departments trying work out who was free next week during lunch time only half way round world wide.
