Works great if you just want to hear the engine noise

I bought this because I need an equalizer that is better than the one built into my main unit. Unfortunately, this device just added noise to my system, and when the engine is running, the engine noise is louder than the actual radio signal. I made sure I had the right ground and played around with it for a while, even the ground loop isolator didn't help. I have decided to remove this block.
