Smaller than I thought

I have a 2018 Chevy Equinox, I've seen pictures of other people and it looked like the mesh was reaching the floor mat, but I think I'm shorting out a few inches been. My car didn't need two top hooks. It just doesn't seem enough. I added a hook at the bottom center to attach it to the floor mat but it looks silly. I will update with more use.
