Review on NU Aqua Platinum Drinking Filtration by Michelle Marsden

UV lamp on/off switch stopped working after about 2 months. I didn't realize the switch was stuck in the on position, but I did notice the water came out hot. After a while it stopped heating. I thought maybe everything is ok now. I had no idea the lightbulb had burned out because it was always on. Replaced bulb but won't go out. Really bad power button didn't work all the time. The supplier does not want to secure the product. If the supplier takes a step forward and supplies faulty parts, it is possible for this bad rating to disappear. Until then, be aware of the vendor's poor support for a product that could deserve 5 stars, instead the vendor must be doing something better than ignoring the issue. If you don't care about UV protection, this product is enough. But amid the virus pandemic, I would recommend buying from someone who cares how they support what they are selling. Let's see if this supplier fits into the picture.
