Wow! I bought this lamp because I wanted ambient lighting in my bathroom. I love bubble baths and hot showers with relaxing music and aromatherapy. It keeps me sane. I thought for a long time which night light to buy and I am very glad that I chose this company. It comes in a nice sturdy box with foam cut outs to allow items to sit comfortably inside. Got two pears. One transparent with a white light and one with a hazy light that I thought would provide a softer, more subdued light. nope! He alternates between colors; red, blue, green, purple etc. What a surprise. I am very happy with this purchase. For the money it couldn't be better. The salt stone itself is beautiful with natural veins. I'm missing a small chip on the top of the cylinder, but I'm fine with that. If you have a dispute between companies, choose AMIR. The stone fits snugly onto the lamp, which is simply inserted into the socket.
