I have a 32-34 fluctuating waist and the Large size fits me perfectly. When I say perfect, I mean I want to be wearing these pants all the time. They are so warm. Works for skiing. Works for sub 30 threshold temperatures with ease. The spandex design ensures plenty of elasticity to run, hike, ski, or play in the snow. Freaking amazing!Bonus are the zippered pockets so you lose nothing in the snow.
