Review on 🎨 American Crafts' DIY Shop Chalkboard Paint: 16.2oz, Black (366867) - Create Your Own Chalkboard Surface! by Amanda Castillo

I think it's pretty much just black color, there's a chalkboard effect, but I mean technically you can write with chalk on almost any surface and it will rub off instantly. Also, it was a good amount of paint in a bottle for the price and the directions were easy to follow. For this painting I used three thin coats of paint, let each dry for a day and was happy with the quality in the end. I also used this color on a very nice wooden piece of furniture (an old table or something) and it came out even better. In the picture it has peeled off the board which looks more like cardboard but it has not peeled off the wood board. Chalk markers do NOT come off easily, even wet erase markers leave halos on any board. I had to sand down this layer of paint to make it go away. Finally, the directions say you should use a foam roller, but I wouldn't recommend it as the roller can make the application uneven. I used a new kitchen sponge and applied the paint to any pores/holes for full coverage.
