My son plays with trains, cars and figures. There is almost everything around the city. Police Station, Fire Station, Gas Station, Zoo, Batcave and even Hoth. He just wanted a home. city with a house! What a new concept. Collecting them from Lego is fun but semi-permanent, which is good and bad. We spent some time looking for something that met three criteria: under $50, no assembly, and no pink and/or purple splatters. Many houses are only intended for miniatures or not for play. Kudos to Calico Critters for making a regular house that isn't expensive and has a color scheme that you would see in the real world.
