The company contacted me immediately and within days FedEx delivered a new faucet! Really great customer service. I will need a few more faucets in the future and will buy from this seller with no problems. Highly recommended. Update: The valve seal started leaking about 2 months after installation. Above 2 GPM is great. Pretty good materials and easy installation (if you've ever done this before). The big problem was the pool's two silicone pads: they were leaking. Instead used plumbing to solve the problem. A small problem was unscrewing the aerator before testing. It is very difficult to get out and then difficult to start threading to get it back. Sufficiently thin metal in place of the thread of the aerator. The faucet looks good, works well, and is inexpensive (if you buy plumbing and throw away the gaskets).
