I bought these for my son who is 3 years old and now wears size 8 and 9 shoes. I think 8's are spot on where 9's give him space so we made 9-10's for the slippers because the other option was 7-8's and I think that would be comfortable or maybe it wouldn't suit him which I do I'm glad I did because they look so cute on him and you can tell he loved them. He's all about texture and he'd take it off if he didn't like it. He could walk normally in it after a few minutes of getting used to it. they are very comfortable so when you wear a sweater like me her little feet get sweaty but I mean that can happen in shoes too so it didn't bother me at all. They look really good and look like they are definitely holding a toddler. There were a few pieces I photographed that stand out when you actually look at them, but then again that's not a deal breaker for me, we love these little slippers. All in all I find them cozy and perfect for fall to winter and great for all little ones especially those who appreciate coziness like ours. like they're definitely holding a baby.
