Sounds great with line audio but I can't connect it. The instructions say to use pin 0000. I used 0000, OOOO and oooo none of them worked. My phone also advised me to use 0000 or 1234 because that failed too. I called the customer service number provided and also emailed them for help but no one answered or replied. I've also tried the Q&A section here on Revain for help to no avail. I liked the sound quality so much that I sent for a replacement, thinking I had a defective unit. When I got a replacement, I had the same problem: Bluetooth failed to connect. I had high hopes but was disappointed and will be back
