The best thing about this software is that it has almost everything you need to manage staff training from start through end of service learning programs or events with ease! It's also easy for non-technical users (like me!) because there are many tutorials/guides online which help teach how things work in detail step by step so I didn't have any difficulties getting started using their system at all!! There isn’t anything i don;' dislike too much but perhaps could be improved if they would consider adding more icons as some people may not understand what certain buttons do right away when first opening up one program - maybe just add few extra ones? Or make them optional?? That might solve my issue though :). This solution does exactly what we needed done without costing us an arm & leg like other solutions out around $25k+. We were able find our way thru most issues ourselves after going over lots examples via youtube etc. Also great support team behind product who will walk someone threw setup process in minutes once given proper direction. I like that it is easy to learn and use. There are many features for creating courses & assignments. The support team has been very helpful, quick to respond and they always follow up with you! Sometimes when adding or editing an assignment, there can be a delay in saving. It's not terrible but just something to keep in mind. Our department utilizes this software for all of our training needs. It allows us to create customized courses, assign them to staff members and track their progress.
