I like how simple this software can be when you're first getting started with your onboarding process! You don't have all these choices if things are too complicated or confusing - just keep going until someone says 'no'.

When there's nothing else more complex than "next" we know what they want us do next (and why). We've been able train new hires faster which has helped them feel comfortable immediately upon joining our organization & helps their development overall as well since most people start out slow but pick up speed quickly once given time/opportunity etc.,.
