Excellent Customer Service and Very Helpful
I like that they have been very helpful with my questions, even when it's not their core business area! They are always willing to help me out if there isn't someone who can answer right away or for whatever reason we cannot get an immediate response from them - but once you reach one person at BSNL (or any other customer support) in India he/she will be able solve your problem without fail!! It would definitely make life easier as well since most companies do provide excellent service here compared to some countries where customers receive poor services which makes people go elsewhere because those were just terrible experiences.
Pros
- Their promptness is great; everything was answered within minutes so far..even though sometimes our queries might require more time than usual due to complexity.and still got quick answers :) Also good about how friendly everyone has been while dealing through emails & phone calls both over email / chat etc., really appreciate this aspect too !:) And last
