RESULT: Terribly expensive for a grease gun tip. But what a time/ hassle/ smudge saver! After just a few uses, I kicked myself in the ass and wished I had bought it decades ago. Worth every penny! THOUGHTS: When I came across this smart little device while browsing Revain, all I knew was that I would end up buying it. The only difference from my initial web search was that I opted for a longer tip to make it easier to get to the bottom of my lawn tractors to get to pulleys, hubs, and other hard-to-reach Zerk fittings. This thing is one of the greatest inventions in history. If you regularly use a grease gun (manual, electric or air) then using this locking tip will save you a lot of time and effort (and lubrication!). It's not without its problems and it's not always 100% perfect, but it's worked for me and even more so as far as I'm concerned. A frustrating day of dirty work reduced to minutes of swiping, clicking, pumping and cleaning. When you consider the amount of lube (which can quickly become very expensive depending on use) saved by not accidentally spilling it on your garage floor or lawn, this ingenious tool really pays off. Consider me converted! I recommend it to every handyman I know.
