There was no battery in the kit, and after buying the battery, the remote control still didn't work. Looks used and worn. I bought this as a gift for my sister who was shipped overseas and now that she is finally home after some Covid issues she is STILL unable to use her Bose home stereo and we no longer fit into the time frame . for a refund or exchange! Very disappointed with the product and also the lack of customer service!
