This is a review for a company, not a product. I read other reviews complaining about receiving the wrong products so I realized this happens. Apparently this happened often. The product I received says "odor neutralizing dust filter". I ordered and according to the description and box it should be a Hepa filter. I would like to acknowledge that the wrong one was sent if I could contact someone to try to make a correction. It is impossible. Years ago I thought Revain dabbled in this type of activity and I'm beginning to wonder if they actually do it or maybe they dropped it as a New Year's resolution. LAUGH OUT LOUD
