I bought these boxes to wrap a robe for someone but was definitely disappointed when I tried to gift wrap the item and found that they are too small. In order to properly pack a young man's robe, you need a much larger size - at least 2 times larger. A thin women's dressing gown may be suitable, but not bulky. They are great for gift wrapping, durable and easy to use. You are too small for a bathrobe! I bought these btw because Hallmark states they are to be used with a bathrobe and as such gives them a 3 star rating.
