This is a really dumb idea. Read the fine print and customer reviews before you order this item.

This is a really dumb idea. Don't order it. You have to be able to reach up to the lock to unlock it before you can lower it. The lock is at the top of the pulley. So if you can reach that high, why do you need this retractable pulley in the first place? Other similar products do not have this lock and are much more user friendly. Perhaps this is a gene pool test to see how many people can't figure this out before ordering it.
