All the previous reviews are right - it can hum (depending on the quality of the phone line), its plastic parts are thin, the headset is very comfortable to wear. I would like to add that I used the phone at work all day for months and it had issues not mentioned in previous reviews: The connection between the headset and the phone was very delicate. When I was on the phone, I often lost contact with the microphone (I heard them, but they didn't hear me). I'd have to fiddle with the connection to restore contact. After 3 months of use, the connection to the headset broke off completely. I disassembled the phone and reconnected the headset directly to the phone. The phone worked for another 3 months before the buzzing gradually became unbearably loud. I took it apart again, re-soldered the connections and got it working for another month before something else inside failed. I replaced it with a much better and slightly more expensive phone. If you're not keen on electrical engineering from time to time, this phone isn't for you. Put on
