Prime, Netflix and Hulu
I checked the Samsung website and it says ALL Samsung remotes work on ALL Samsung TVs. This remote controls my 2016 Samsung Smart TV but the reason I bought this remote was unfortunate. The Prime, Netflix, and Hulu buttons don't work. The TV says it has received a signal from the remote control, but nothing happens. I've tried resetting smart hub and apps but they still don't do anything. Is this a solution? Buy a Fire TV Cube and disable the Samsung remote if you don't need to change TV inputs.
