I have several pairs of bootless shoes from Costco. This is more casual, non-sporty attire. They have two denim pockets at the back and a flattering cut-out for boots. The length is medium to slightly long. The long fit is perfect for a long waist, and the fabric, for those 5'7" and taller, is thick enough to hide underwear but can be worn during most summer months (at least in Seattle).
