I have tried many different brands/flavors/proteins. Optimum Nutrition was my go-to for a few years, but they kept coming up with lawsuits, where they kept finding that they were falsely promoting how much protein they were actually adding to their formula. Completely fed up with them, I started poking around. I've tried ISO100, NitroTech, Cellucor, RedLine, and even SuppHunt's cheap BOGO stuff. I finally found a good deal on MusclePharm Combat Cookies and Creamy Protein. When I first tried it, I honestly thought there was nothing else like it. The taste was so good I figured it must be unhealthy. It reminds me of McDonald's Oreo McFlurry. There is nothing more useful on the market than this material. The cool part is that the five different types of protein in each serving make it great for those of us who like or want our post-workout and pre-bed intake to come from the same product. It was good for muscle recovery and seemed to work very well as a protein source. Catch him while you can. This material has completely replaced other brands. The taste of cookies and cream should be 9.5/10. The only flavor I dislike from Muscle Pharm is chocolate milk. A cup of peanut butter is pretty decent too.
