Review on Denim Dog Overalls Parisian Pet Dogs by Corretta Clark

I have 2 dogs - a mixed breed, 18lbs, 19" chest which fits size XL perfectly. I tried XL on my French lady who is 22 pounds with 21 inch bust and the XL size didn't fit her at all. So I ordered them one size bigger, 2XL. The first seemed to fit her well but arrived damaged so we exchanged it for another of the same size. But the size seems different because now 2XL is very big and doesn't fit her at all. I'm sad because I really wanted them to match. I'm worried about ordering another one from the store due to the size mismatch, but I'm so grateful for the return/exchange policy. I found the outfit very cute and otherwise well made. I hope we're just unlucky. I've included an image comparing XL to 2XL. Why doesn't this give me the opportunity to stop by Kohl's like I normally would? Aggravating
