Utility, durability and three sizes. I make a lot of medicinal herbs. Homemade yogurt. loose green and black tea 1/2 gallon each. homemade juices from berries, fruits, vegetables, which are pressed in my cider press. With these bags I process the fats of all the animals I eat and pollute the garbage. When liquid and solids are together in something that I need to separate, it goes through one of these bags. Easy to clean
