I chose this adapter over others because it allows you to change plugs with a single base. Since travel to Europe involves stops in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Italy and possibly other locations, it was important to have an adapter that would work in each of these countries. The adapter is solidly built. I tend to be a little rough with a device like this but it has held up. If I have one complaint it's that one of the plugs is a bit tight at the base. We were able to install it in place and with a light tap we were able to remove it. I'm sure it will loosen up with use. Other earplugs fit well, sit well and are easy to remove. One of the owners contacted me to see if I had a problem. So what I can say is that their customer service is probably great. If the big guy lends a hand, I'm sure that any problems I have will be solved to my liking.
