I received a used product. It wasn't even properly packaged. I was very disappointed but tried anyway. Water pressure is nothing special. I was expecting the flow to be stiffer than my previous shower head, but they are the same. The only thing I like about this shower head is that instead of a pressure switch, it has a button to stop the water flow. This makes a huge difference when soaping hands after bathing with children. I really expected more from this product but the fact that I received it used justifies my 2 star rating. Likewise! In this period of uncertainty (infectious viruses) I don't want anyone else to touch my product and leave marks on the surface. .
