My son received the excavator for Christmas. It was his favorite toy ALL year. Loved it so much he order this snow dozer a couple weeks ago with his own money he received from odd jobs, birthdays, chores….he’s 5. While waiting one of the toggle switches broke on the excavator (they are pretty tall). I contacted the owner and he was amazing helping me to get a new remote for a small fee as opposed to having to pay for an entire new toy. Great toy and great customer service. Can’t ask for more!
