Review on Vera Bradley Recycled ReActive Crossbody Women's Handbags & Wallets : Crossbody Bags by Shelly Day

I've had this bag a little over a month and while I was on vacation this week the stitching on the strap came undone and my bag fell to the ground in the crowd and all my belongings were scattered. The end of the zipper came loose along with the strap and cannot be repaired. I wish the item was replaced! Update: Vera Bradley customer service will not support the item. They told me to bring the item back to the store but only if it was not used. They will not replace the bag even though it has only been used for 17 days. Very disappointed.
